Yes. While we encourage locking savings goals to prevent impulsive spending, you can request an early withdrawal. An early liquidation fee of up to 2.5% may apply to cover partner brokerage and processing fees.

Your savings belong entirely to you. You can either top up from an external bank account to pay your rent, or withdraw the accrued balance. No penalties are charged for missing a savings target.

Landlords only see the tenant's progress bar toward their target rent (e.g., "75% saved") and the target date. Landlords cannot view your bank details, balance in other portfolios, or withdraw your funds.

Upon target completion or the maturity date, you can initiate a direct bank payout. The system transfers the funds securely to your landlord's verified bank account and updates their landlord dashboard.
